At Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO, the number of revisions allowed depends on your selected package. You can request as many revisions as stated in your package details. We aim to provide the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You will not be charged an additional price if the design concepts remain unchanged. Your revised design will be provided within 48 hours.

TURN AROUND TIME Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO has a 48-72 hour turnaround time for most design services. This timeframe is for a single iteration of a design stage, not the complete time from start to finish for a project. The time required for revisions could be a minimum of 48 to 72 hours, equivalent to 2 working days. For example:

  • Logo Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Logo Orders placed or Revisions Requested on a Friday will be delivered by end of day Tuesday.

REFUND POLICY 

Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO offers a 100% Refund on all its design services, subject to certain conditions.

The Refund Policy will be Void if:

  • You have chosen a special or a custom package.
  • The primary design concept has been approved.
  • The Logo has been finalized.
  • The website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
  • You have requested revisions.
  • The cancellation is made due to reasons non-related to the project.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief lacks required information.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The claim has exceeded the ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • The business is closing or changing its name.
  • Non-service related reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, etc.
  • After accepting multiple sets of revisions, a client may be entitled to claim 50% of the refund.
  • The refund approval will be at the discretion of Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO’s Management.
  • Management’s decision will be final.
  • If a service bundle is subscribed and dissatisfaction occurs with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that service, not the entire bundle.
  • Cancellations due to reasons unrelated to the design service will be subjected to a 33% cancellation fee.

Note: Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract at its discretion. After the refund, the client will not have any rights to use the designs; they will be the sole property of Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Services not related to design services are not eligible for refunds. They are not covered under our 100% money-back guarantee. Examples of such services include:

After receiving your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO, unless mutually agreed upon in writing by the company and the customer. The information will be submitted for Copyright Acquisition to the appropriate Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

N.D.A. & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO does not share customer information regarding their project or contact details with anyone. Client information is kept confidential. Both parties agree not to defame or disparage each other post-project completion.

RECORD MAINTENANCE Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO keeps records of finalized designs for any future needs.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO, as a design service provider, may include technical aspects in its packages. Basic information regarding these services will be provided, but detailed training or installations are not the responsibility of Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO.

COMMUNICATION POLICY All official communication related to orders must be conducted through Infinity Luster Solutions FZCO’s official platforms. The company is not responsible for any communication conducted through other means.
